Sales Coaching means different things to different people. I would be interested in learning about your experience with sales coaching. If you are in sales, have you worked with a sales coach previously? Do you feel your manager is a good sales coach or do they simply "manage". If you are a manager, do you feel you are providing focused sales coaching to each individual on your sales team? Also, is sales coaching a new concept for you or do you feel you have a good understanding of what sales coaching is all about?
